“CREATIVE MASTERS CHALLENGE”

That’s Entertainment seeks outstanding choreography across all ages, genres, levels, and sizes to compete in the CREATIVE MASTERS CHALLENGE. The Top Choreographer will be named the CREATIVE MASTER of the season, and Students/Studios will be honored with the Excellence in Execution award. 

We invite all working choreographers/teachers to present their top choreographed routines to compete for a chance to become the “CREATIVE MASTER.” 

Attendance at a That’s Entertainment Regional or Nationals is not required to participate. However, doing so has advantages, such as Golden Buzzers, All-Access Pass awards, and discounted fees. 

The challenge will take place during the week of each national event 

(June 20-22nd, Sandusky, OH & July 20-24th, Atlantic City, NJ)

CREATIVE MASTERS GOLDEN BUZZER & ALL-ACCESS PASSES

• – At each regional, judges will hit the CREATIVE MASTER’S GOLDEN BUZZER to signal which routines are in the running to receive All Access Passes
• All Access Passes are awarded based on outstanding choreography
• The number of passes will vary by the number of entries
• Passes can be awarded to routines of any age, genre, size, or level
• Passes will be announced at the final award ceremony for each regional event
• Recipients receive free entry to the CREATIVE MASTER’S CHALLENGE

CREATIVE MASTERS CHALLENGE & COCKTAIL HOUR GUIDELINES

• Regional, All Access Pass winners attending nationals get a FREE ENTRY for the chosen routine in the challenge (details apply)
• Others can enter or add routines for a fee
• Discounted rates are offered to those attending Nationals & the challenge
• To qualify for your All Access Pass or discounts, you must attend Nationals with your school and meet the minimum entry fees (see the director’s only page for all pricing and details)
• Non-Nationals attendees must pay the total price
• The Challenge and Nationals have 2 separate registrations; if planning to attend both you must register for both
• The routines can change the number of performers from regionals to nationals
• Student choreography is not eligible for the challenge

AWARDS

• The CHOREOGRAPHER of the winning routine will claim the CREATIVE MASTER Title, Trophy/Award and ALL ACCESS PASS to next season’s challenge (details apply)
• STUDENTS of the winning routine will each receive EXCELLENCE IN EXECUTION pins
• The SCHOOL of the winning routine will be presented with the EXCELLENCE IN EXECUTION award
• CHOREOGRAPHER, STUDENTS, & SCHOOL will receive a featured article and performance video to be displayed on our website and social media pages
