HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
Please note: Photos and videos may take 2-4 weeks to be posted online. Please search for your media daily following the event. That’s Entertainment & Partner companies are not responsible for any corrupted critiques, videos, or photos.
Step 1: Click Here! -> Download Your Videos and Photos
Step 2: Select the Event/City from the drop-down menu
Directors
Step 3: Enter the KEY CODE (CASE SENSITIVE) emailed to you and click search
Step 4: Images will be displayed by routine. Click the image to display all routine files
Step 5: On the left side of your screen, you have the option to download all or individual images
Competitors
Step 3: All KEY CODES are based on the performer’s name and date of birth. It is the first two initials of the first name, the complete last name, and the date of birth in a six-digit number format. (Ex: Jane Smith, born on March 03, 2015, would have a key of – jasmith030315) and click search
Step 4: Click an image. On the left side of your screen, you have the option to download all photos or select individual ones.
Directors, if a competitor’s account is not working, log back onto your school account and confirm you entered their names and birthdates correctly. To find the birthdate entered, just click on the competitor’s name. If not entered correctly, do not correct it until the next event you choose to register with us. Provide your competitor with the name and/or birthdate as it was entered. They will then be able to log onto their account. If you enter their last name first and first name last, then the example above would be reversed.
Competitors, if your KEY CODE does not work, there is a good chance the date of birth or performer name is misspelled. Please contact your director or reach out to us, and we can provide you with the proper key and update your performer’s information in our system for future events.

In addition to providing professional photos and video downloads, That’s Entertainment offers a media badge for purchase at our sales table. If you would like to take your own photos/videos the cost is $25 per routine. Email Janine@thatsentertainmentpa.com with your studio name, event attending and a list of routines you would like to record. If you would like to purchase all routines, a list is not required, simply indicate all routines when emailing.
